Raffle draws are conducted by an Economic Department representative and are not subject to negotiations or arguments.
Winners are responsible to provide the other part of the raffle coupon, all identifications card, and documents requested by Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Group to claim their prizes.
Raffle coupons lost by the winners cannot be claimed.
The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and not convertible to cash.
Winners of the raffle draw will be contacted within 48 hours from the draw date.
Prizes need to be claimed within 30 days from the raffle draw date. If a prize is not claimed, it will be considered void and cannot be claimed at any later date.
