1.      Frozen Ginger Mint Mocktail

This cool mocktail combines ginger and mint to make a spicy, frozen blended mojito. The mint and ice are perfect for cooling off during hot afternoons, while the ginger provides a nice, sharp tang.

You will need:

§  10 mint sprigs

§  ¾ ounce simple syrup

§  ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

§  4 ounces ginger ale

§  ½ cup crushed ice

§  Mint sprigs and lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:

§  Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

§  Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Instructions:

§  In a blender, combine the yogurt, orange juice, and vanilla.

§  1 Lime wedge

§  Chili sugar

§  1 cup cubed mango

§  Jalapeño concentrate, added to taste

§  ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

§  ¾ ounce simple syrup

§  ½ to 1 cup crushed ice

§  ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions:

§  Run the lime wedge around the rim of your glass, and then dip the rim in the chili sugar.

§  Combine the cubed mango, jalapeño concentrate, lime juice, syrup, crushed ice, and orange juice in a blender.

§  Blend until smooth.

A basic virgin piña colada recipe requires just one step and a few simple ingredients. Best served in a poco grande glass

Ingredients:

§  1 ounce of pineapple juice

§  1½ ounces of crushed pineapple

§  2 ounces cream of coconut

§  ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

§  ½ cup crushed ice
